As of 2004 Tamma moved the production of its pasta from the historic pasta factory in Cerignola to the new one in Foggia. The new pasta factory was designed and built with the most advanced tecnologies available on the market, with careful attention to quality and food safety.
Production takes place following the most strict standards of hygieneand with devices that safeguard the taste, color and smell of freshly harvested wheat.
Production lines dedicated to long and short shapes, Teflon and bronze extruded and thet allow great versatility and a production up to 250 tons per day.
